1. What goals do you want to achieve in 2024?

- What do you go to bed dreaming about?

- What thought/s pops up all day long?

2. What would life look/feel/smell/taste/sound like having achieved these goals?

BONUS: Make a list of the thing that come up as you list out your goals, the stories about why you can't have what you want etc (we'll talk about what to do with them in our next live training session).
