RESET your Success Story 2025 Group Program

During our time together we’ll look at why someone like you doesn’t have the success they want (whatever that means to you) the training in this program will become your catalyst for change.

During our time together you’ll set 2 goals you want to achieve in the next 25 days in the areas below:

        • Your Mind | Your Body | Your Health
        • Your Relationships| Your Boundaries

We’ll teach you how to measure your success based on results and how much better you feel. Discover what can be achieved when you break big goals down into daily bite-sized activities and have the accountability of a global group!

This brand new Program is based on our 2020 RESET Training and now includes 4 extra weeks of theory to supplement the 4 weeks of daily action taking (25 day sprint).

SOME FAQ

Q. What happens once I sign up?

As soon as you sign up you will be emailed a link to access the program workbook and bonus training videos to watch before and during the month.

Q. I have a busy couple of month coming up I don't know if I'll have time to join?

The RESET method is a framework designed to give structure to your month ahead, along with a group to keep you inspired, motivated and accountable.

Q. Where do I access the Sessions?

All sessions will be available for you to watch on demand in our online training area. Each session will be released on a different date of the program (see website for dates).

  • Pre Work (new weekly training, watch on demand)

The 25 Day Sprint Format:

  • Session 1: Set up Session (Day 1)
  • Session 2: Mid Month Check in Session (Day 12)
  • Session 3: Graduation & Self Evaluation Session (Day 25)

Q. What if I don't have time to watch the sessions?

They are all recorded for you to watch on demand as your schedule allows.

Q. What if I am away for part of the time can I still take part?

Yes. All training sessions are recorded and available for you to watch on demand along with the workbook which can be downloaded and accessed online as soon as you sign up.

Q. Tell me about the group, how does it work?

You will be added to the group on the day the program starts. You will have access to the group for the length of the program (approx 8 weeks). It's online (private access) and currently hosted on What's app.

Q. What if I just want the content and the training, and not the group?

You will be able to access all the training and sessions online, the accountability group is optional.

Q.What happens after? Can I still access the training on replay?

Yes. You will be able to access the training via our website and will get the most recent sessions on demand (the only thing you don't keep is the group which runs in tandem with the program and closes after your graduation.)
